Getting Spool File Information

Is there a way to get the unique identifier for a spool file with only
knowing the spool file name and assuming there is only one copy in the OUTQ?
(The Job Name, Job User, Job Number and File Number.) We run a report on one
day then we want to run another program to split out this vendor created
report into multiple reports a couple days later. This is a payroll report
so it has to be sent out on payday. I haven't seem much with the search
terms I used.
