I can confirm this from recent experience. It really would be nice if there was a way to specify a recovery action for jobs that are submitted with SCDDATE/SCDTIME. I think having a job resubmit itself for the future can be a good compromise between the added complexity of a never ending program and the lack of granularity of the default Job Scheduler.

If anyone comes up with a good way to end jobs on job queues in SCD status at IPL, I'd be happy to hear the method.
