Can you retrieve the IP address from the user's PC rather than from
Lawson/iSeries?

But how do I do that from a program? And if six clients were all using
the same program, how would I tell which one made the request?
What we're trying to do is to add a button to a Lawson panel. When the
user clicks the button, we open a browser on the user's desktop and
display document images related to the Lawson artifact (in this case an
AP image) that is being worked in the Lawson user interface. We have
everything nailed down but how to find the IP address of the user who
made the request. We do the same thing from a green screen just fine
using the QUSRJOBI API.

Perhaps netstat and then check ports for an ip addr?
