Send this PDF to a laser printer that has built-in support for PDF
printing. I did something similar when I needed to print a PCL file
from a vendor. I used a little tool written be Scott Klement called
PRTSTMF to dump the stream file to the printer.

I have much better reliability and control of the i, than windows boxes.
