Mike, I have been able to get cover overlays using the IBM AFP Print
Driver as well as sending it with Gumbo Spoolmail.
While this worked like a charm when I was testing this out, it was
determined that we didn't need to create color overlays because the
users here might want to print them here and therefore want a color
printer.

I have been digging through the archives looking up how to do color
overlays. The ultimate goal here is to create a PDF file (with our
colored
letterhead) that gets emailed to the customer. I can get black and white
to
work, but I haven't seen much in the way of solutions except for the
method
mentioned here (

Now I don't think it would matter how the PDF is being generated, but we
are
currently planning on using Brad's SPLTOOL suite of products.
