Try looking in the QZSCSRVS joblogs, hopefully you can find one. There
might be clues in there.

One other thought. Maybe there is a missing outq or jobd that is in his
profile.

try changing his profile. Just type over the first letter of both the
jobd and outq(if not *WRKSTN). I'm hoping that this will point out a
missing or mispelled object.
