that's ridiculous. The biggest problem in the US is the concept of workers seniority. This keeps incompetents at their jobs and allows them to pursue their stupidities at great cost to the company and country at large. It happens to be mostly white people who are the guilty ones.

Doug -- I agree with respecting someone who stands for something and says so as well.  However, it seems in the US, nowadays, that position went out of style about 20 years ago or so and I'm very sad it did.  Nowadays, someone that has a position, stands by it and says so is NOT a person that deserves any praise or respect, unless, of course, you are  very good looking, a celebrity, have lots of money, tall or are one of the sacred cow Americans (mostly American Negros or Hispanic.
