Submitting jobs to run under some other user's profile, if I
remember right.
I'm not aware that *SECADM will give you the authority to run processes
under another user's profile. The only way I know to run as a different
user is to have *USE access to the profile you want to run as.
You can get that *USE authority directly or indirectly from object
authorities, or from adopted authority, or by having *ALLOBJ special
authority in your profile. But I'm real sure *SECADM special authority
won't, all by itself, give you that ability.
