It kinda used to. UserBlue was a SIG of SHARE that attempted to do that.
Had they had more support from SHARE and SB, they may have made a go of
it...but they're history now and there's really no per se AIX UG.
IBM's trying to do a AIX UG organizational structure similar to how they did
Websphere...it's kinda hit and miss so far. I think Susan put together a
web page to help organize that before she moved but it's not gotten a lot of
press and I'm not sure it's got it's feet in the ground yet, but it's a good
start.

Well, now that the press is talking about it publicly I feel safe to ask a
few questions.
It would appear that COMMON now wants to be your AIX users group as well
as
the traditional iSeries(or whatever).
What do you guys think of this move?
