If needed you could start auditing on his profile.

It would log all his commands.

Thank you for your in-depth investigation on this. Alas, we decided to give the user a command line after all because he just requested WRKMBRPDM to. The command line will be temporary and he's aware of this.
For what it's worth, this particular user spent more than 15 years MIS and I trust him. He's been transferred to a non-MIS position and at this time he wants to look at some of his programs so he could put in a request to have them made into menus.
