the speaker says that up until windows 7, windows used CPU word sized

I have heard a variety of unofficial explanations for a limit of 32 per LPAR, ranging from preventing the midrange from overlapping higher class systems to the law of diminishing returns. FWiW I chose not to install yet another video viewer on my system, so I will be unable to watch the video at the given link.
