The "gauntlet" to get to Rochester has in the last 30-60 days been migrated
to some other place... sometimes the VoIP is so bad I have to ask for the
507 number to call the tech back on, since the multiple link-ups sound like
they're done over lamp cord.

So, to clarify - Rochester support is awesome. Getting there is getting
more and more troublesome.

Nope. It's still Rochester, MN. That 507 area code on caller ID gives it
away. :)

And I love it that when you get involved with IBM Support, the tech gives
you his/her direct phone number. This happens to me every time I open a
PMR. EVERY TIME.

But I'll bet I' a distant 2nd to Rob in number of PMRs opened.

Something will get corrected. Still topnotch support.

Jeff -

Does that mean that IBM still supports the System i from Rochester?
I would have bet an organ necessary for reproduction (the left one) that
it
was being done from Bangalore or Mumbai by now...
