No troubles here also. Spooled files undergo some type of conversion, but
it's pretty much under the covers.

Just finished another V6R1 upgrade. The answer is no, you do not lose
your spool files. Still got 45+ in one output queue going back to
September. Special authority has been retained also.

In the I5/OS Memo To Users V6R1, on page 45, it says that during V6R1
installation, all output queues are deleted and recreated.

Does this mean all spool files are lost?
