No, I am driving up IBM expenses. No, the only time I go to "Insult line"
(otherwise known as "Consult line") is when IBM refuses to acknowledge
that their program is not working as designed and I must be doing
something wrong. Every time I have gone there the bill has been a zero
charge and I've gotten routed back to support.
