I would be very careful replacing unit 2. It may be your load source.
As for mixing sizes, it depends on the work load. It already looks like
you have 35 and 70 GB drives. Do you see those 70 GB drives hit twice
as hard as the 35's? You can replace the 4326's with 4327's and give
yourself a 25% increase in capacity. But if you have already been
running with half your drives twice the size of the other half and have
had no performance issues, then it should be safe to replace the smaller
drives with ones twice the size of the bigger ones.

The most difficult part will be ending the RAID-5 and removing one drive
so you can install a new drive to migrate your load source.
