What happens when you run BRMS maintenance? If you do a WRKMEDBRM does it
show the tape as been just used? Are you sure the backups ran? Are you using
BRMS commands for the backup? Have you loaded the Backup and Recovery Group
PTF?

The backup reports from the last 2 nights show the last saves were done last
Friday. The upgrade was done over the weekend.

Hi Paul
Is something going wrong that causes you to ask this ?
I've done a couple of machines with BRMS and don't remember having to do
anything special.

List,
Following an OS upgrade to V5R4, is there some sort of command to run to
start BRMS back up? I ran the INZBRM OPTION(*RUNPRDINZ) command, and was
told this wasn't required.
Thanks.
