Often IBM will ask you to send in data to IBM via something called ECUREP.
There's basically 3 ways to do this:

1 - Email, Instructions at

2 - ftp scripting, Instructions at several sites including

replacing lotus with os400 if necessary
http://www-05.ibm.com/de/support/ecurep/os400_console_1.html

3 - New ECUREP web site at http://www.ecurep.ibm.com/app/upload
