Just browsing around with Google, I found something that looks like it
may be related to the INZSYS command not completing normally. It wasn't
in English, so I may be off base.

If you started receiving this after you installed some PTF's, but
haven't had a good chance to perform an IPL, then I would try an IPL to
see if it resolves it.

Then, look for the completed INZSYS message in the Display Install
History Log (Option 50 from GO LICPGM)

I have seen this message before and in my case it had to do with
License Management (Keys).
