How long has the customer been running your application? Is this
part of one of your standard packages, James, or something unique for
this client?

If they are not new and a standard piece that other clients have/use,
then it sounds like they bollixed it somehow. Have them do a WRKOBJ
for the file; the same log in that was used when the level check
occurred so that that person's library list is searched.

Also, if Eric is correct about the format id's, re-compiling the
file's DDS on V5 whatever might have generated a different id than on
your system. That is, you create your package on older systems for
support purposes, if I recall correctly.

This is a new installation of our application. The error is occurring in part of the interface between our application and their multiple instances of JDE. I'm not personally writing this one (and haven't seen an actual demonstration of the level check failure), but it appears to be in our code.

As I said earlier, I'm told it's throwing the exception on JDE's F0101, and we don't know yet if other files are affected. All nine (!) instances of F0101 on the box show the same format level ID for the file.
