The problem was NOT with MKS
MKS realizes that the source member type is CLP and we have it so that it
will use the command CRTCLPGM
My original question was how to call a sub-procedure from a service program
from within a CLP program
How do I bind the binding directory
The answer was to use the command CRTPGM
This lead to my statement that you replied to
How can I apply a binding directory when using the CRTCLPGM command
Hopefully you can now see my predicament

Since you're clearly using ILE concepts, you don't have a choice between
CL or CLLE. It *must* be source member type CLLE.

I find it very hard to believe that MKS implementer doesn't support ILE
CL -- after all, it has been 12 years since ILE CL was released.
