Just curious what the IBM default job priority for writers are.

It appears the classes involved are:
qgpl/qspl
qgpl/qspl2
qgpl/qspl3
qgpl/qspl4

Our priorities for the above are 15,40,30,50 respectively. That seems
a little strange to me, particularly the 15. I'm wondering if at some
point somebody changed the defaults.
