The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

On our 520 it was pretty simple (other than 2 bad dimms):
* remove the side panel
* pull the two blue buttons at top/bottom of fan assembly and slide it out
* pull the two orange(?) levers on the power supply and slide it out
* remove the one metal shield above the power supply (no tools required)
That will expose the 4 slots at the top of the mainboard and the 4 in the
middle.
Depending on which 520 you have, the dimms are installed in pairs or quads.
I suggest making sure you can access ASMI or the HMC before doing the
upgrade. You may need to 'configure' the dimms...
