Has anyone seen any performance issues related to either Cumulative PTF
Package C8183540 or the DB2 group 16 application?

We put these on over the weekend and are seeing an file in use for
nearly twice the amount of time it was previously, from under one hour
to as much as two hours or more. The file size (listed in msgCPC1140)
has not changed, CPU usage is low and IO appear to be consistent with
before the change, the only thing we are seeing is that it's taking
twice as long.

I can't tell you exactly what the program does, it's part of a
third-party application and I don't have access to the source. The
logging level is 4 00 *SECLVL but I'm not seeing any messages between
the CPC1140 and the CPC1142, only two hours of wait time where there
used to be one.
