I assume MYQUERY is a printer file?
If you only want to add the usrdta - then
ovrprtf file(QPQXPRTF) usrdta(&locnbr)

According to the online, it seems like using the TOFILE along with
other params like USRDTA should. But it doesn't appear to be working.
