What does WRKHDWRSC *CMN show for that card? Operational?

After pulling and re-seating both the card and the book, it still shows "Not detected."

After powering down again, and pulling and reseating both ends of both the wire and fiber interconnects between the main cabinet and the sidecar, it still shows as "Not detected."

Is there any way to tell whether it's even seeing the sidecar?
