The QBNLPGMI and QBNLSPGM APIs can give you a list of the modules that were used to build programs or service programs, respectively. You can use the output of these APIs to build your own cross-reference PF.

However, I would recommend that you never bind the same module to more than one program -- which makes this type of thing a non-issue.
