IBM used to have a usability lab or something in Rochester. See if you
can wrangle a trip up there to QuickStart a like configuration. When I
did a Domino migration from one platform to another I was up there. Your
every move is videotaped while in there.
While evaluating some new IBM box some years ago IBM asked if we would
send some developer who was hardware illiterate up there to check out if
one box was truly "customer installable". We sent the perfect candidate
(not me). He was the kind of guy who would ask "Where's the 'any' key?".
