You know which Disk IOA is assigned to the partition, so the disks
associated with that IOA are on that partition. It's not great. Also, if
you are on HMC 7.3.3 you get much more info when you export your system plan
than you do when you are on an earlier version of the HMC.

But nowhere does it tell you what disk drives are in your dedicated (not
guested) Linux partitions. What frame they are in, etc.
How do I determine that?
