SAVSYS does not SAVSECDTA or SAVCFG.

I thought SAVSECDTA was essentially accomplished by the SAVSYS command.
At another job I had, on a daily basis we did SAVSECDTA and SAVCHGOBJ
(been a long time ago). But, weekly, SAVSYS, SAVLIB, SAVDLO.
