Checking out new QAQQINI options is a nice exercise, but I don't think that
matters in this case. QAQQINI in QSYS is not being used, one in QUSRSYS is.
And one in QSYS is all set to *DEFAULT values, which again means it would
not affect anything.
Getting current on PTFs and revisiting his indexing strategy will serve him
better.
