Thanks for sharing - that is hilarious, and the video is very ironic.

Like I have written MANY times on this list, IBM is no longer a hardware
company.

Today IBM derives the majority of its revenue from outsourcing and
consulting services, and IMO IBM doesn't give a rat's a$$ about their
remaining American employees. In recent years, employment at IBM has risen
significantly everywhere but the United States. Most notably, IBM now has
over 100,000 employees in India.

IBM's euphemism for a layoff is a 'resource action', and (at least until
their clients fire them for their incompetence) they get much higher profit
margins from having Indian employees doing the work as opposed to us
high-priced Americans.
