Query the outfile and select the file name and you have all of the pgms

Re: Searching what programs use a file.

Thanks guys! I am looking for the inverse of this command. I would like to

see given a file what programs use it. It looks like this command will
take
a program as input and display what files it uses.

Thanks again.

Nick

DSPPGMREF to an outfile and then use SQL or Query to view.

Searching what programs use a file.

Hello all! I have a file on my system and I would like to know what
programs
use this file. Is there a way to accomplish this with a basic OS/400 tool?

Thanks.

Nick
