The hardest one I had to replace was SNDNETF. Remember, SNA is a "fire
and forget" solution. You send it over to the other machine, if the other
machine is down it will wait and get it there then. If the process on the
other end is tied up (backup, period end, whatever) and doesn't choose to
do a RCVNETF right away it will get to it and you shouldn't concern
yourself with that. When we had one central machine for EDI and about 20
machines out there for the plants it was a nice technique.
