booting JS12 ibm i from virtual media

Lukas has these steps for booting ibm i on the JS12 from virtual media:

- log onto VIOS using SSH

- import the I_BASE_01 CD image into VIOS's media library

- activate the i5/os partition from the media library

my question are:

how to log into VIOS using SSH ( from a Windows XP PC )? I am able
get an FTP connection from the PC to VIOS.

where, what is VIOS's media library?

how do I activate the i5/os partition from the media library?
