The Setup is 100% supported. You can install VMWare on a Blade with
iSCSI, there is even a redbook on the topic. It's up and working, but that
one driver takes forever to load. I used an HS21 blade in a BCH, with a
Qlogic Ethernet adapter to do the iSCSI.
