It's not quite clear to me exactly what you're trying to accomplish
conceptually, but perhaps ...
When the subfile item is a:
1. CL Command, use QCMDEXC
2. S/36 Procedure name, use STRS36PRC
3. S/36 command, create a S/36 Procedure name on the fly and then use
STRS36PRC
