I'll reiterate my position: RUI probably belongs on the WEB400 list, as does discussion of JSF tooling in RBD, especially when discussing it in comparison to other web technologies. EGL discussion of all types could also go in the EGL list. RDi, on the other hand, belongs the same place as SEU and PDM: on the Midrange-L list, or on the appropriate language list (RPG or COBOL) when specific to that language.
Sorry about the followup - I noticed I didn't specifically state the situation where I think EGL discussion is appropriate on the Midrange-L list, and I know if I don't someone may "accidentally" misrepresent me.

Discussion involving any i language, from EGL to Java to RPG to SQL, is appropriate on the Midrange-L list when it is either discussed in comparison to other languages, or when it is being offered as a solution to a specific problem, at which point the discussion is then redirected to the appropriate list. (Note that SQL discussions tend to stay here, but really if we were following the setup there probably should be an SQL-L list.)
