Joe,

 If there is one, that would be an interesting application for it, 
but for *LIBL functionality I'd like to expand the (wishful thinking) 
SCOPE() parm to include some other values.  Maybe *PGM, *MODULE, 
*ACTGRP, *CALLLVL, etc.
