You don't. You allow it in the iPrism by going into the iPrism System Configuration, select Access, then Filter Exceptions. Add an entry to the Filter Exception list. The Source ip will be your i, the Destination will be the ip address of the site you're trying to connect to. Then set the filter option to No Filter. This will bypass filtering/blocking from the i5 and keep it active for other users. The iPrism is only blocking/filtering outbound traffic so you are not opening your i up to anything.
