On 7 of our LPARs, when a DDM file is created on a remote system, the user appears as QUSER. On 1 LPAR, the user profile is MWIPROD,
which is our MKS Implementer profile. We are using type *SNA DDM
files. Can someone point me where this profile is defined? Thanks

If there is no communication entry in the subsystem naming the user MWIPROD on the target system, then review the WRKCFGL information for its *APPNRMT entries, on the originating system; see also CHGCFGL, ADDCFGLE, and PRTCMNSEC commands. IIRC, whether the connection is defined as a /secure location/ determines if the user for the job on the target system will use the default user, or can instead use the matching user name from the source system.
