Is there a way to tell sbmjob to wait for one hour?
Or I need to set date and time?
Any better ideas?

I believe you'll have to set the SCDDATE/SCDTIME on the SBMJOB. However,
you realize you're submitting a job per advertising request. Seems ugly
to me.

Why not just record the datetime you go off to the processor in the
table, and the datetime you come back in the table. Then run a single
job hourly (or however often you want) that goes spelunking the table
looking for a non null submit time, and a null completion time.
