Just wanted to point out that the DNS resolver cache (which is what Jim is referring to with ipconfig /displaydns) is very different from the ARP cache that folks have been discussing in the remainder of this thread.

Which one were you looking for, Shannon?

On the PC side, you can do an ipconfig /displaydns to see where things are routed to right now. I don't know how to do it on the 400. Does that help?
