I just looked at my own system reply list and both of our systems have these same generic messages, sequence numbers, etc. And I'll guarantee you that I never put them there (model 520's that I set up after delivery - no one else knows how to or about the reply list here).Nope, those are standard. It's just that the system reply list is not normally enabled. Why they have those particular messages enabled is unclear, except they seem to handle the runtime errors for the majority of System i languages: RPG, COBOL, CL and PL/I.
It seems that these came with the system, as delivered. That, anyway, is the only explanation possible with our systems.
