× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

in Control panel under iSeries Access for Windows Properties, PC5250
tab, you can specify where to save / use the emulator and workstation
profiles.

of the year.

The behaviour of iSeries Access varies, and i wasn't able to exactly
pinpoint when it behaves which way.

Here are my assumptions:

iSeries Access first tries writing to %ProgramFiles%\IBM\Client
Access\Emulator\Private. If that works, it will use that path.
