I can run these commands on any XP machines without any problems:

RunRmtCmd CMD("c:\iexplore.exe") RMTLOCNAME('111.111.111.111' *IP)
RunRmtCmd >>Cmd("//ServerName/departments/mis/MemberCards/MbrCrd32.exe")
RmtLocName('111.111.111.111' *IP)

But I can not run any commands at all on our 2003 server. (Command
loops)

Probably already checked this, but MbrCrd32.exe runs as expected from a
command line on the win2k3 box? No errors, no dialogs pop-up, just does
its thing and exits?
