Rob - It's not in an obvious place - here is from help text of Navigator:

To import SQL Performance Monitor data:
In the iSeries Navigator window, expand the system you want to use.
Expand Databases and the database that you want to work with.
Right-click SQL Performance Monitor and select Import.
Specify the name you want to give the monitor in the Monitor Name field.
Specify the name of the file containing the collected data. If you are importing a Summary monitor file, you will only need to specify the name of any one of the data files. The import function will determine what other files may exist, and their names.
Specify the schema in which the files containing the data reside in the Schema field.
Specify whether the type of monitor is Summary or Detailed.
Click OK. The monitor will now show up in the SQL performance monitor window.
Once you have imported the data, you can Analyze the results. If you ran a detailed SQL performance monitor, you can choose to Run a Visual Explain.
Enjoy!
