All the data is database monitor output - DBMON - you can run DBMON and any box, get the output file to another box, and bring it into the SQL monitors, then run VE over it. Same as saving the Perf Data.

By "allow pop ups to work", do you mean you want to hover over the icons
on the screenshot and have the tooltip pop up? If so, I'm almost
entirely certain that no screen shot utility has (could practially
have?) such an ability.
