We're looking into ways to consolidate/automate our backup strategies.

We have an IBM TS3200 with a SAS/LTO4 Drive for our Windows/Linux
Stuff (using BackupExec) and a LTO3/U320 Drive for our 515.

The TS3200 is a Small Business Tape Library, and can be partionioned
logically - both Windows and the i see their own Library.

This is not fully consolidated, but this way we can use a very good
backup solution on the i side (BRMS) and a very good backup solution
on the Windows side (BackupExec) - Everyone is happy, and performance
with IBM LTO drives has always been excellent.

In fact, both the 515 and the Windows servers struggle to keep the
drives at the full write rate (luckily, LTO can scale back).
