Yes,
We are more looking for an automatic way with this Eric.....not having
someone loading the rates manually.....and we need to catch the rate
changes prior to their change...and we do not want to have someone looking
at their website everyday for rate changes.....

Did you even try looking for them?

Google, searched "ups rates file", second result titled "UPS: Daily Rates"

offers an excel spreadsheet.....
Google, searched "fedex rates file", first link titled "FedEx Rate Tools"
offers selective downloads in many formats....

Does anyone know of anywhere I can get a flat file or data file with the
freight rates for UPS and Fedex? Our systems have not bee updated in a
while and I need to get this fixed.

I'd rather not have to sit here and type this in manually.
