OpenSSH install

Hello again.

Trying to install 5733sc1 OpenSSH onto my V5R3M0 9406-170.
I have PASE installed. I loaded the file into the image catalog called
SSHCAT, the catalog status is Ready,
the virtual optical device is optvrt01, and the directory is
/home/sshcat.
I verified the image catalog

CRTIMGCLG IMGCLG(SSHCAT) DIR('/home/SSHCAT') CRTDIR(*YES)
ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(SSHCAT) FROMFILE('/home/gelbardn/sys/as400/5733sc1')
